Home School Agreement

Each year every parent and child will receive a copy of the Home School Agreement which they need to read, sign and return to school. The agreement explains what we as a school will do for each pupil and also outlines what we expect from each child and parent. The form is circulated in the first half term of the year or in cases of mid-year admissions, the form will be issued shortly after they begin. A blank copy of the form can be viewed below.


If your child has been prescribed medication by their doctor, we are able to administer this with prior consent from the parent.
​Please complete the Administration of Prescribed Medication form below and return it to school with your child's medication.
